Psychotherapy Services

We offer customizable sessions and services to put you (or your relationship's, or your family's) needs at the center of your mental health services!

Whether you're looking for help for you, for your relationship, or for your family (or maybe all of the above!), we'd be honored to walk with you in your healing journey!

Talk therapy can be an extremely helpful and profound tool, but for some it can be intimidating. Just the idea of talking about our biggest struggles and pains can be laden with a whole slew of emotions, or it may just seem like "too much". Our clinicians are extensively trained in trauma-resolution modalities and in mind-body healing techniques so that, regardless of whether you walk in ready to talk or are still unsure about how much you want to share, we can use techniques that will best fit your story, your journey, and your comfort level. While all that we do is anchored in a Person-Centered, three-phase model of work (as advocated by Judith Herman, the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation, and others) we draw from a range of evidence-based and scientifically-supported techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt psychotherapy, Virginia Satir's systemic therapy model, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-sensitive hypnotherapy. For more information about SE, EMDR, and IFS, please click here.
